Responsibility
- Technical troubleshooting and repair are led by SAN-EI
- Transportation, insurance, and customs procedures are handled by the customer
Reporting a Malfunction
Please contact SAN-EI immediately and provide the following information if possible:
- Model number / Serial number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the situation
Initial response is typically provided within two business days.
Repair Method
Depending on the situation, SAN-EI may propose:
- Remote diagnosis
- Shipment of replacement parts
- Return of the product for inspection and repair
Transportation Responsibility
Transportation arrangements, insurance, and customs procedures are generally handled by the customer.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty applies to defects caused by design or manufacturing.
The following are normally excluded:
- Improper use or modification
- External facility problems (power supply, cooling, installation environment)
- Consumable parts such as lamps
- Transportation damage or natural disasters
