  • Technical troubleshooting and repair are led by SAN-EI
  • Transportation, insurance, and customs procedures are handled by the customer

Please contact SAN-EI immediately and provide the following information if possible:

  • Model number / Serial number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the situation

Initial response is typically provided within two business days.

Depending on the situation, SAN-EI may propose:

  • Remote diagnosis
  • Shipment of replacement parts
  • Return of the product for inspection and repair

Transportation arrangements, insurance, and customs procedures are generally handled by the customer.

Warranty applies to defects caused by design or manufacturing.

  • Improper use or modification
  • External facility problems (power supply, cooling, installation environment)
  • Consumable parts such as lamps
  • Transportation damage or natural disasters
