10-Year Maintenance Support (Long-Term Service)

SAN-EI provides maintenance support for up to 10 years after delivery to help ensure stable and reliable long-term operation of your equipment.
Through inspection, adjustment, and replacement of consumable parts, we support continued performance and stable operation throughout the service life of the system.

  • Inspection and diagnosis (symptom confirmation, operating condition review, cause identification)
  • Basic adjustments (irradiance readjustment, optical system inspection and adjustment, etc.)
  • Replacement of consumable parts (applicable parts vary by model)
  • Guidance on replacement parts and recommended maintenance parts
  • Initial troubleshooting support (remote or on-site, depending on the situation)
  • Maintenance history recording and management (recommended)
  • The scope of support, response method (remote or on-site), and costs depend on the model, installation environment, and specific conditions.
  • Calibration certificates, inspection reports, recommended inspection intervals, and preventive maintenance plans can be provided upon request.

SAN-EI support consists of two different categories with distinct purposes: Warranty and Maintenance.

Warranty covers defects related to the specifications and quality at the time of delivery.
Changes caused by aging, consumable wear, operating conditions, or installation environment may not be covered.

  • Coverage: Defects related to the original specifications or manufacturing quality (initial defects, manufacturing faults, etc.)
  • Service: Repair or replacement in accordance with the contract terms
  • Warranty period: The duration and scope are specified in the quotation or contract terms

Maintenance provides service support intended to maintain performance and ensure stable operation over time.

  • Purpose: Inspection, adjustment, and preventive maintenance for long-term stable operation
  • Support period: Up to 10 years after delivery
  • Typical services: Inspection, diagnosis, basic adjustment, consumable parts replacement, operational consultation, and remote/on-site support when necessary
  • Cost: Provided individually depending on service content, frequency, and response method (maintenance contract or case-by-case support available)
